1. Definition and Applicability
This Privacy Policy discloses the practices that govern the collection and use of sensitive personal information and potentially personally identifiable information by software created by Infiniconcept (referred to as "Infiniconcept", "we", "our" or "us" in this policy) in the form of Amazon Alexa skills, Google Actions, Web applications and other software provided by Infiniconcept (all collectively referred to as the “Applications” in this policy) executed on any personal, Infiniconcept provided, or third party device or execution platform including but not limited to Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or any personal computing device and/or software (collectively referred to as the “Execution Platforms” in this policy).
2. Your Consent
By using the Applications, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. "Processing" means using information collected by the Applications and/or by the Execution Platform, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using and disclosing information.
Please read this policy carefully before activating and using the Skill. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy and/or do not consent to our processing of your information as set forth in it, you must not use the Skill.
3. User Provided Information
The Applications may obtain the information you provide when you activate, download and/or register the Applications through a licensed Applications distribution mechanism related to the Execution Platform you use, for example the Amazon Alexa skills web site, Google Play Store or Google Assistant.
Additionally, the Applications only collect information you explicitly provide and consent to provide, which may include your location or other information, you may be asked for. No personal or identifiable information is collected without your consent.
At the moment, Applications do not require you to register with Infiniconcept, link any other accounts with Infiniconcept, and do collect financial information such as credit card data. If this changes in future it will be reflected by a change in this Privacy Policy
4. Automatically Collected Information
In addition to user provided information, the Applications may collect certain information automatically as part of operation within the context of the Execution Platforms. This information includes, but is not limited to, your hardware device unique identifier, a unique user identifier, your prior usage of the Applications, data required by the intended functionality of the Applications (such as information about progress within the skill or digital content available in the skill) and information about the way you use the Applications. Only anonymized data is transmitted to Skill Execution Platforms and services.
The Applications do not automatically collect precise information about the location of your hardware devices. However the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the underlying Execution Platforms should be additionally referenced regarding exact information captured and handled by each execution platform.
5. Use of Information
Infiniconcept will use information collected only within the context of the Applications to allow execution of the Applications, allow the Applications to retain information between different executions of the Applications, allow the Applications to keep track of the digital content users own, and help Infiniconcept improve the Applications and our service.
In addition to that we may use some of the information provided to contact you regarding important notices, including but not limited to upgrade or bug fixing notifications, through the Applications. We will normally not contact you through other means than the Applications. Such notices and other information may also be distributed by means of the Execution Platforms, please refer to the privacy policy and terms of conditions of those Platforms.
6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law;
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With analytics services to help us understand for example how the Applications are being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. Only anonymised data will be used by those services to prevent them from identifying you personally;
- With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
7. Managing Your Information and Data Retention Policy
You can opt out and stop all collection of information by the Applications by disabling the Applications on your account related to the Execution Platform on which you have them enabled. You may use the standard uninstallation or Skill disabling procedure available as part of your device or your Execution Platform account.
User Provided information collected by the Applications can be typically checked and changed through the Applications or by means provided by the Exeution Platform. For viewing and changing information collected by the Execution Platforms please refer to the privacy policy and terms of conditions of those Platforms.
We will retain User Provided information for as long as you use the Skill and for a reasonable time thereafter, after which it will be deleted. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 36 months after the last use of the Skill, and thereafter may store it in aggregate. We also reserve the right to delete Automatically Collected information or User Data earlier than that without prior notice issued to users. If you’d like us to delete User Provided data that you have provided via the Applications, please contact us at info@infiniconcept.com.
Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Applications to function properly. Additionally, due to the anonymous nature of some of the data, we may not delete data which we cannot unambiguously associate with you. Deletion of such anonymous data is subject to the data retention policy outlined above.
8. Information and Data Security
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. User Provided and Automatically Collected Information are stored securely and not accessible without our control and without our explicit consent (see Sharing and Disclosure of Information). Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security measures for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
9. Children
We do not use Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We recommend that if a child is using any of these Applications, this is only done with adult supervision. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with sensitive of personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@infiniconcept.com. If requested, we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
10.Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new version of the Privacy Policy here, listing it in the Change History section below, and may inform you via a notice on our website, and/or optionally via email if we do have your email address on file and your consent to do so.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of Applications is deemed approval of all changes. You can check the history of this policy below.
